We are not responsible for any custom fees once the items have shipped. By purchasing our products, you consent that one or more packages may be shipped to you and may get custom fees when they arrive to your country.

Yes, you will receive an email once your order ships that contains your tracking information. If you haven’t received tracking info within 5 days, please contact us.
For some shipping companies, it takes 2-5 business days for the tracking information to update on the system. If your order was placed more than 5 business days ago and there is still no information on your tracking number, please contact us.
For logistical reasons, items in the same purchase will sometimes be sent in separate packages, even if you've specified combined shipping.

Love, love, LOVE these bags! They are the perfect size for shopping and can seriously handle heavy shopping trips. I've been using these for months and they still look like new. Folding isn't hard, probably as easy as possible but I find I need to lay the bag out flat on a table to get it folded properly, which isn't always convenient. It certainly is not as hard as a map (if anyone reading this is old enough to remember paper maps, haha). I love the prints too. You won't be disappointed!
Yesterday I used these bags to grocery shop! And I'm so happy with this purchase!. They fold away nicely for storage and I decided to leave them in my car so I don’t forget them! These bags are awesome for grocery shopping and help you reduce your plastic waste, they are also easier to carry around than the plastic bags offered at stores. I find this size is perfectly good for my needs. And if something spills on them they are easy to wipe off. I think I will buy more soon.

I like the waterproof material. A great cat design. Wide handles make it easier to carry heavier loads. Fairly easy to fold and put back in their attached small pouches. The creases (from folding) stay in the fabric which make it easier to fold and put away after use. They are larger than the disposable plastic bags at grocery stores.
