How do you ship packages?
Packages from our warehouse in China will be shipped by ePacket or EMS depending on the weight and size of the product. Packages shipped from our US warehouse are shipped through USPS.
Do you ship worldwide?
Yes. We provide free shipping to over 200 countries around the world. However, there are some locations we are unable to ship to. If you happen to be located in one of those countries we will contact you.
What about customs?
We are not responsible for any custom fees once the items have shipped. By purchasing our products, you consent that one or more packages may be shipped to you and may get custom fees when they arrive to your country.

Do you provide tracking information?
Yes, you will receive an email once your order ships that contains your tracking information. If you haven’t received tracking info within 5 days, please contact us.
My tracking says “no information available at the moment”.
For some shipping companies, it takes 2-5 business days for the tracking information to update on the system. If your order was placed more than 5 business days ago and there is still no information on your tracking number, please contact us.
Will my items be sent in one package?
For logistical reasons, items in the same purchase will sometimes be sent in separate packages, even if you've specified combined shipping.
If you have any other questions, please contact us and we will do our best to help you out.
Returns
Order cancellation
All orders can be cancelled until they are shipped. If your order has been paid and you need to make a change or cancel an order, you must contact us within 12 hours. Once the packaging and shipping process has started, it can no longer be cancelled.
Refunds
Your satisfaction is our #1 priority. Therefore, you can request a refund or reshipment for ordered products if:
- If you did not receive the product within the guaranteed time( 45 days not including 2-5 day processing) you can request a refund or a reshipment.
- If you received the wrong item you can request a refund or a reshipment.
- If you do not want the product you’ve received you may request a refund but you must return the item at your expense and the item must be unused.
We do not issue the refund if:
- Your order did not arrive due to factors within your control (i.e. providing the wrong shipping address)
- Your order did not arrive due to exceptional circumstances outside the control of Cleopatra Fashion store (i.e. not cleared by customs, delayed by a natural disaster).
- Other exceptional circumstances outside the control of
*You can submit refund requests within 15 days after the guaranteed period for delivery (45 days) has expired. You can do it by sending a message on Contact Us page
If you are approved for a refund, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within 14 days.
Exchanges
If for any reason you would like to exchange your product, perhaps for a different size in clothing. You must contact us first and we will guide you through the steps.
Please do not send your purchase back to us unless we authorise you to do so.
I'm happy with the quality! This car seat organizer fits great in my car.
I travel back and forth over many toll roads and this item holds my currency and coins for my tolls within very easy reach. I’m very happy with it.
I got it for both sides because it`s more convenient for me. And it works beautifully, I love the USB hole, it keeps the cords together and not scattered around in the car. I need a variety of different phone chargers and this keeps them organized. I don't plan to use the cup holder for actually holding drinks, I might use it for coins so that isn't a problem for me with the size. I love it, it's a nice quality.
These are just as pictured. Attractive. I would like the narrow slot for a phone to be wider to accommodate one with a case. Also can't imagine ever putting a drink in the rounded area in the front as the weight would cause it to tip. But sturdy and very nice looking.
These fit the cars really well. The cup holder is great for my cups but that doesn't matter as I use them for many other things, too. Very convenient!
I really like it! I didn't have enough room in my car for storage so I wanted something I could put coins and cables etc. It fit PERFECTLY in my Toyota 4door Yaris. The cupholder surprisingly fits my mug very well!
I have them in my Alpha Romeo Giulia, very happy to have extra space for storing. They do fit a little snug and do move when I have to adjust the seat, but I don’t mind a little inconvenience for the extra space.
I received the item very fast. It came with a good quality box. It fits my 2018 Maserati Quattroporte. It's a very good idea to put not only on the car seat but also on my sofa. now I can have my drink and others put next to me on the sofa. I will buy more and let them fit all over my house. For example bathroom.

I have a c63s Benz 2018 so it's clean and has a nice leather inside. Although only one really fits on the passenger side it's cool and helps with the little things. I wish you had the option to just buy one. I'll see if it fits in any of my other cars.
These fit perfectly in our 2018 Ford Explorer Sport. The red stitching even matches our interior- like it was custom made! We use pop socket holders on our dash so don’t really need the charging cord port but it’s there if we need it! In terms of durability, only time will tell and we just now installed them.
It was really easy to install. My interior is black so it fits right into the color scheme of my car. It is great because it has charger access on the bottom, and it is easy to charge my iPhone while driving. Really love it!
These are nicely made with pretty black leather and red stitching. They fit great in my Honda Pilot. Add an extra drink spot and place for my phone. Recommend!

This organizer is very useful. It is smaller than I expected but I wouldn't want it any larger. It is the perfect size. I love the slots and especially the cardholder. The depth of the organizer is deep enough to hold it steady especially with a drink. My wife really loves the organizer, because she did not have a good spot for her phone (and the cord hole for charging) and small items when she is riding with me. The black material goes well with my black leather interior.
I bought this for my husband who always puts his phone, wallet, and glasses in front of the nav screen. Now he has enough space for all his stuff.
