For weight 49 kg and height 160 is too high and dense. My shoulders are in the air, and tension on my neck. In the pillowcase, the recess under the neck is not so easy to find. Sometimes in the middle of the night I find myself sleeping on the high edge of the pillow on the back of the head. I try to sleep only on my back, for my weight it is too high. Maybe I'll try to cut the part, make it below.
