How do you ship packages?
Packages from our warehouse in China will be shipped by ePacket or EMS depending on the weight and size of the product. Packages shipped from our US warehouse are shipped through USPS.
Do you ship worldwide?
Yes. We provide free shipping to over 200 countries around the world. However, there are some locations we are unable to ship to. If you happen to be located in one of those countries we will contact you.
What about customs?
We are not responsible for any custom fees once the items have shipped. By purchasing our products, you consent that one or more packages may be shipped to you and may get custom fees when they arrive to your country.
How long does shipping take?

Do you provide tracking information?
Yes, you will receive an email once your order ships that contains your tracking information. If you haven’t received tracking info within 5 days, please contact us.
My tracking says “no information available at the moment”.
For some shipping companies, it takes 2-5 business days for the tracking information to update on the system. If your order was placed more than 5 business days ago and there is still no information on your tracking number, please contact us.
Will my items be sent in one package?
For logistical reasons, items in the same purchase will sometimes be sent in separate packages, even if you've specified combined shipping.

Returns
Order cancellation
All orders can be cancelled until they are shipped. If your order has been paid and you need to make a change or cancel an order, you must contact us within 12 hours. Once the packaging and shipping process has started, it can no longer be cancelled.
Refunds
Your satisfaction is our #1 priority. Therefore, you can request a refund or reshipment for ordered products if:
- If you did not receive the product within the guaranteed time( 45 days not including 2-5 day processing) you can request a refund or a reshipment.
- If you received the wrong item you can request a refund or a reshipment.
- If you do not want the product you’ve received you may request a refund but you must return the item at your expense and the item must be unused.
We do not issue the refund if:
- Your order did not arrive due to factors within your control (i.e. providing the wrong shipping address)
- Your order did not arrive due to exceptional circumstances outside the control of Cleopatra Fashion store (i.e. not cleared by customs, delayed by a natural disaster).
- Other exceptional circumstances outside the control of
*You can submit refund requests within 15 days after the guaranteed period for delivery (45 days) has expired. You can do it by sending a message on Contact Us page
If you are approved for a refund, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within 14 days.
Exchanges
If for any reason you would like to exchange your product, perhaps for a different size in clothing. You must contact us first and we will guide you through the steps.
Please do not send your purchase back to us unless we authorise you to do so.

These hooks for the car have got to be one of the best purchases I have made for my vehicle. What a fabulous invention these are! I use these hooks for a myriad of things. These hooks are fantastic for hanging your groceries on and so much more. Those plastic bags from the grocery store always have a tendency to open up when you put them on the seat or the floor of the car. When you hang them on the hooks everything stays in the bag securely. I also hang an empty plastic trash bag over them on long car rides because inevitably garbage is going to be generated and I would rather throw it away immediately than just tossing it on the floor. Additionally, I love to hang my coat on them if I am too warm to wear it. Why throw it on the backseat when you can keep it neat and tidy. It’s also great for your purse etc. Really, anything that needs to be hung, these car hooks can handle the job. I definitely recommend these hooks for your car. For such a small price, they take the hassle out of just throwing things around in your car and keep items very tidy and organized. I did purchase these with my own money and these are my own opinions and honest review. Use this every day, my only complaint is that the plastic protecter caps fell off.
Overall, works like I need. Easy to turn to the front to hook my purse on or turn to the back for shopping bags. No more dumping my purse into the floor. I selected these over the plastic ones thinking they were more sturdy. Sometimes the plastic bags are hard to remove but overall, I like.
Ordered 2 and they came as described. Shipping took about 3 weeks. Seems very handy to hang a bag or even a hat. Recommend.

very late delivery but good item.
I was excited to find these for such a good price. I'd seen some on TV but didn't want to pay the price they were. They're a bit smaller than I expected, but they do the job just fine! A friend just had a wreck because her purse fell on the floor, and in trying to retrieve it she swerved and hit a guardrail. My purse falls off the car seat all the time, so I decided it was time for me to eliminate that safety hazard. I have two on my passenger seat - one for my purse, and one for a trash bag, since I've never been able to find a successful way to deal with trash in the car. It's a little thing, but it makes life easier.
not as convenient as expected to be for my purposes. Very nice to hang things but not really all that convenient for me. I need to hang my purse on the back of my drivers seat and these hooks hang so low, it’s difficult to put the purse behind you on the hook and nearly impossible to retrieve it, for example, to grab your wallet if you go through a drive through or something like that. I do like them and they work great for other bags. I also don’t bother to hang my purse in front of the passenger seat because it hangs so low it’s nearly resting on the seat anyway. If your purse has two handles/straps, they get tangled up with both hooks and it’s just not all that convenient. I ended up hanging them behind the back seat and they are super helpful to hook grocery bags in the back. Still looking for a good purse hook that is wide enough to accommodate a purse with two straps and keeps the purse within arms reach.
So far I like this choice in hooks. I just got them today so they are under trial. I won’t return them because these got good reviews. Some of the plastic hooks got several negative reviews so I chose steel one.
How did I ever live without these in my car? Just get it. They fit my headrest perfect. I’m enjoying the heck out of not seeing my purse slide off the front seat when I have to hit my brakes due to an idiot driver.
I ordered 2 then after a couple weeks I found them so useful I ordered 2 more. They are thee best idea. I don’t have groceries or my purse contents falling out everywhere anymore. I even hang my scarf and hat on there in the winter on my way to work. It’s so nice to be able to get right in my purse for something while driving and not reaching across the car.
Convenient, useful trifle and not only for cars! I order here for the second time-no problems! Thank you store! I highly recommend.

Nothing was tracked, it came quickly, in two weeks, the quality is satisfied
I like the design but a bit more strength of metal would've garnered a five star. I think best use is slipping bags with thin straps or handles, like plastic grocery bags or slim strap purses over them. A couple bags I used them for have wide straps that are a bit unwieldy to slip over the hanger. I can't slip them onto hanger while seating in next seat, for example. I had to get out of car and walk around to passenger side where I attached them to use. For the price they are fine and quality good
They easily slip around very slightly raised head rests and can switch from front to back of the seat. I use one in the passenger seat to hook/anchor one strap of my tote (discovered this allows easier access than hooking both straps). Can't count the times my tote and entire contents have ended up on the floor because of a quick turn or sudden braking. NO MORE! I gave one hook to my daughter and my other two are behind the driver seat where I hook plastic or reusable grocery bags. No tipping over and no squishing when the seat is moved. Hallelujah. These hooks are winners!
I saw them advertised somewhere. Was going to bend some old coat hangers to use, but that isn't easy for me to do. These are so inexpensive, I was amazed...and they hold a lot of weight as well. Will get some for gifts!
Great slim design. Only complaint is the clear end cap comes off easily leading to sharp edges that can scrape,tear things if you're not careful.
So useful. They look great on black car seats also!

So yourself hook. If the headrest does not press it, it rattles. Or shoot it when not in use. Durable.
One holder did not have a silicone tip. With the store did not communicate, the parcel went more than a month.
