How do you ship packages?
Packages from our warehouse in China will be shipped by ePacket or EMS depending on the weight and size of the product. Packages shipped from our US warehouse are shipped through USPS.
Do you ship worldwide?
Yes. We provide free shipping to over 200 countries around the world. However, there are some locations we are unable to ship to. If you happen to be located in one of those countries we will contact you.
What about customs?
We are not responsible for any custom fees once the items have shipped. By purchasing our products, you consent that one or more packages may be shipped to you and may get custom fees when they arrive to your country.
How long does shipping take?

Do you provide tracking information?
Yes, you will receive an email once your order ships that contains your tracking information. If you haven’t received tracking info within 5 days, please contact us.
My tracking says “no information available at the moment”.
For some shipping companies, it takes 2-5 business days for the tracking information to update on the system. If your order was placed more than 5 business days ago and there is still no information on your tracking number, please contact us.
Will my items be sent in one package?
For logistical reasons, items in the same purchase will sometimes be sent in separate packages, even if you've specified combined shipping.
If you have any other questions, please contact us and we will do our best to help you out.
Returns
Order cancellation
All orders can be cancelled until they are shipped. If your order has been paid and you need to make a change or cancel an order, you must contact us within 12 hours. Once the packaging and shipping process has started, it can no longer be cancelled.
Refunds
Your satisfaction is our #1 priority. Therefore, you can request a refund or reshipment for ordered products if:
- If you did not receive the product within the guaranteed time( 45 days not including 2-5 day processing) you can request a refund or a reshipment.
- If you received the wrong item you can request a refund or a reshipment.
- If you do not want the product you’ve received you may request a refund but you must return the item at your expense and the item must be unused.
We do not issue the refund if:
- Your order did not arrive due to factors within your control (i.e. providing the wrong shipping address)
- Your order did not arrive due to exceptional circumstances outside the control of Cleopatra Fashion store (i.e. not cleared by customs, delayed by a natural disaster).
- Other exceptional circumstances outside the control of
*You can submit refund requests within 15 days after the guaranteed period for delivery (45 days) has expired. You can do it by sending a message on Contact Us page
If you are approved for a refund, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within 14 days.
Exchanges
If for any reason you would like to exchange your product, perhaps for a different size in clothing. You must contact us first and we will guide you through the steps.
Please do not send your purchase back to us unless we authorise you to do so.
Good item and fast delivery
So yourself hook. If the headrest does not press it, it rattles. Or shoot it when not in use. Durable.
One holder did not have a silicone tip. With the store did not communicate, the parcel went more than a month.
These were super simple to install on the neck of the headrest of my passenger side of the car, and they are easily turned around to face the back of the seat when needed as well. Very handy and helpful for my purse and small bags/groceries/etc.
Very happy with the hooks. I'm a teacher and even use them in my closet at school to hang my backpack.

Love them. Use one on the front passenger seat for my purse. No more picking it up off the floor. Always put my grocery bags on the back seat instead of the trunk because of the Florida heat. Sometimes had to use the floor. Now with a hook on the back of each front seat there is no need to use the floor. It also keeps the bags from tipping over and spilling. Traveled to a wedding last weekend. Used the hooks to hang multiple small items. Easy to find them. So many uses. Thank you

I really like the hook but it would be so much easier for me if the hooks were a bit longer and bigger. I find it hard sometimes to reach across my seat to put the bags or my purse on it.
I love these car hooks. I'm always lugging around a heavy purse & craft supplies. If I have to slam on the brakes, they go flying off the front seat. Not anymore! They also don't get in the way of people sitting in the passenger seat. They hang on the headrest posts. You can turn them around or just leave as is for passengers.
I bought several sets of these for me and my friends. We all love them. One of my rubber protectors came off on the second day but I just put super glue down into it and put it back on and it hasn’t come off again. I use it 2 to 6 times a day. Great product. Highly recommend. No more purse eating the floorboard when I brake. Also, I need to say, not one of my friends runner protectors have come off. It’s a terrific product. Economic and fast delivery.

This is helpful to have in the car. I wouldn't recommend hanging heavy groceries on it as it can become difficult to remove the plastic bag from the hook due to the weight stretching the plastic grocery bag handles. Also, intended to use this to hang my purse while I drive but because the hooks are a little narrow, they can ruin your purse handles. I have used it instead for carrying small shopping bags, gift bags, etc. It's still useful to have and perhaps I'm just being particular. I still see it being useful to have.
These are great. My car has no good place to put my purse, and this allows me to hang it behind the passenger seat. No more purse flying forward and contents ending up on the seat or floor.
It's hard to write a review for this item because they are a pretty straight forward item. They work just as they say they do, and it frees up space on my front seat with my kid's lunch bag, my purse, his backpack, etc. It's also easier for me to access the things in my purse when it is hanging like that.
The hook is very helpful and works well. I wish the hook section was a bit bigger, it's hard to get a shoulder strap that is wide to fit into it easily. Also, the caps on the ends of the metal pieces need to be glued on, as one fell off the first week of use. It's a very handy item.
